Best Wishes For A Healthy And Happy Holiday Season

2024 is roaring to a close, and 2025 is knocking on the door. Regardless of whether this past year has been good to you or presented significant challenges, it is fading, just like the seasons giving way to the unknown future filled with new possibilities. Pattabhi Jois’s grandson Sharath, whom I have known since he was 6 when I met him on my first trip to Mysore in 1977 and watched him grow...

October Is Flying By!

October found me in Frankfurt and Bratislava following the Mysore On Maui event. It’s been a busy few months, but all the events were well-received, filled with smiling faces and energized participants. In early November, I head back across the pond to offer a London Weekend Workshop and a 50-hour Next Level Teacher Training. It is the first time that I will be offering the 50-hour Next Level Training. It is sure to be a fun event packed with Sanskrit Counting for Primary Series, adjustments for Half Intermediate, Philosophy, and Pranayama. I will return home after London and offer an Austin Weekend Workshop as the year's final event. Looking ahead, I am excited to announce that the release of my new book is nearing! Sign...
