I'm currently in London and will be in the UK for the most of this month. In this Summer Edition, I invite you to harness this excess energy and channel it towards things that matter. In these sun-soaked weeks, our mats call us to explore new poses, cultivate inner peace and bask in the transformative power of yoga.
When was the last time you had some fun for the soul?
I just finished teaching in Brussels. It’s been incredible to visit this time of year - great weather, lush greenery, and smiles all around. Here’s a picture of my host, Francesca & me on my last day in Belgium.
Greece and the UK are next on the Europe tour. I’m back home for a few days before departing next week.
I have some good news! After having trouble with my Facebook page for over two years, it’s now back in action. If you’re not yet following us on Facebook, please do so and stay tuned for our updates there!
2024 is flying by! April has been a month with powerful energy, relevance, and change. Not only have we had that super eclipse, but people worldwide have also been celebrating important holidays - Easter, Earth Day, Hari Raya (in Malaysia), Eid, Songkran (the Thai New Year), and others. April signifies change, new growth and forward momentum. That is certainly true in my life! Many things are developing that I will keep you informed about as they manifest. For now enjoy the April showers and the May flowers to come!
It’s March, and I’m on Maui, spending time with my hands in the dirt. Digging in the earth and planting things is so grounding, literally. I am only here for a short time and then back out on the road with a series of fun Ashtanga yoga events scheduled around the US as well as overseas.
I’ll be in Boston later this month, then Austin and Doylestown in April before I head to Europe, kicking off my tour there in Brussels.
A thought to leave you with here:”We do all this physical stuff with the ultimate goal of realizing we are not this physical stuff”
Remember, it’s all temporary so make sure you’re having a good time along the way.
February is the month of LOVE and the Chinese New Year. We have officially entered the year of the Dragon! Earlier in February, David taught an Ashtanga Yoga workshop in Chinatown in Philadelphia and used a translator for the Chinese-speaking attendees. It was great fun, and there was no need to translate the universal emotions of smiles & laughter.
As you may know, I have been working on a new book. It’s inching toward completion but not quite there. We will keep you updated as things progress. Stay tuned for more details.
